Terms of Service

By downloading or using the MatchSynq app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MatchSynq.

1. Your Account

You can use parts of MatchSynq without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the Profile tab.

2. MatchSynq Pro Subscriptions

MatchSynq offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("MatchSynq Pro").

Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal: Renews automatically at the price shown unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: Manage or cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting your MatchSynq account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds: Handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Content You Add

You're responsible for what you add to MatchSynq, including names, scores, group names, and profile photos. Only add other people's names with good reason (for example, they're playing in your session), and don't add anything offensive, unlawful, or that you don't have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content, and you allow us to store and display it to the people it's shared with so the app can work.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse MatchSynq: no harassing other players, impersonating someone, interfering with the service, or trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Sessions, Scores and Ratings

MatchSynq helps organize recreational play. Schedules, ratings, and standings are tools for fun and fair matchups, not official rankings, and we don't guarantee their accuracy. Play safely; you're responsible for your own participation in any physical activity.

6. Liability

MatchSynq is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for disputes between players, injuries, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the app is also governed by the Apple Standard EULA.

8. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
