By downloading or using the MatchSynq app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Subscription Terms

MatchSynq offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("MatchSynq Pro").

• Payment: Charged to Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: Automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours prior to period end.
• Cancellation: Manage in App Store settings.

2. User Content

You are responsible for the data (names, scores) you enter. We do not claim ownership of local data.

3. Liability

Provided "as is." Not liable for disputes, injuries, or data loss.

4. Apple Standard EULA

Agreed upon app use. See Apple Standard EULA.
